Isn't it lovely when users sing your praises? Heaven knows, there are enough bad stories floating around the press these days.

Access Accounting has scooped the highest user recommendation levels in the mid-range accounting software market at the recent FD Excellence Awards.

As part of an opinion survey undertaken by Real Finance magazine, Financial Directors were asked whether they would recommend their core financials package to other Financial Directors. Access customers proved to have very high satisfaction levels, and were up to twice as likely to recommend their accounts package to their peers as the customers of other software companies compared.

As one FD put it: 'It is a stable and reliable package, easy to use with intuitive menus, but rich with functionality, at an affordable price. It's also well supported in the unlikely event of a problem.'

The awards were presented by Real Finance Magazine and are based on readers' opinion surveys.

Melissa Warne, customer service manager for Access Accounting welcomed the award, adding: 'These results are both exciting and extremely rewarding.
