Last month Elite Business Services Ltd was formally presented with the National Customer Service Award 2004 by Access Accounting at its annual awards ceremony.

Elite’s managing Director, Tahir Iqbal was presented with the award by Kevin Misselbrook, Access Accounting’s Corporate Accounts Director (see attached picture). “Elite were chosen because of the exceptional support that they provide to their customers during and after implementation. This is how they have become one of our best solution centres.  They spend a lot of time and energy developing closer working relationships with their customers and understanding their needs.” said Kevin Misselbrook. This is why Midlands’s organisations as diverse as Coventry's Belgrade Theatre, Colab Group, Leamington based Language Centre Publication, and NPL Technologies from Nuneaton have beaten a path to the door of this rapidly growing Coventry Company.

Access Accounting is a UK company which prides itself in supplying easy-to-use, state-of-the-art Accounts and Payroll software.  Elite have marketed and supported this software for 6 years now.

Elite were also one of the first companies to be awarded Sage Solution Centre status in May 2004 and are an accredited member of West Midlands IT Association
