Step 1 – Assessment Workshop |
This is the best way to understand what makes your business tick. We will look at the current business processes and take sample data and look at how we can improve the all-round performance of your organisation. This will also give you an insight into the technical and consultancy expertise that we have at our disposal to enable a successful implementation. |

Step 2 – Proposal Report |
We will personally present a detailed report of our recommendations. A fully costed solution will be presented which will detail the benefits of the new system to your organisation.

Step 3 – Kick-off Meeting |
A Project Coordinator and Senior Consultant will meet with the project team and map out a project plan. This will detail what needs to done and by whom, with milestones to ensure that the project is implemented within the time scales agreed with you.

Step 4 – Prototype Build & Testing |
We install your new system and transfer your key static data. There will be areas like the nominal ledger where we would look at the reporting needs and design the system to deliver the reports to your finger tips. |

Step 5 – Personalised End User Training |
We will train users to a level where they are ready to operate the system confidently, with data they are familiar with e.g. user suppliers, customers, projects etc.

Step 6 – Prototype Sign-off |
We ensure that you are entirely happy with the system and how it will be used within your company. Users should feel confident about the new system and how it will affect them. We ask for a formal sign-off by your project team. |

Step 7 - Live Running |
We transfer the prototype into the live environment and migrate the data for you, this can include the opening balances, ready for live running. We provide on-site handholding support because we understand the needs and anxieties of users. |

Step 8 - Post Implementation Review |
This is a forum for assessing any feedback and suggestions made regarding the operation of the new live system, to improve and continue the process of giving you bottom-line improvements. |

Step 9 – Dedicated Long Term Support |
We will keep you updated with the latest developments, we will invite you to our user workshops and Executive Briefings, ensuring you are able to make informed decisions. Our support team are always there for you to ensure the smooth running of the business systems in your company. |
